Jascha is a technical program manager at the Laboratory for Analytical Sciences, with a portfolio including research and development efforts in machine learning and human-machine interaction.
Prior to coming to LAS and NC State, Jascha was a software engineer and subsequently product manager for Digital Reasoning, a software company that developed a natural language processing platform for customers in the intelligence community and financial industry. He later joined MITRE, where as a group lead in the data analytics department he supported sponsors including the Department of Homeland Security and the intelligence community. He has a doctorate from Boston University and was a postdoctoral researcher at Vanderbilt.
