The Laboratory for Analytic Sciences (LAS) at North Carolina State University hosts its annual Summer Conference on Applied Data Science (SCADS), which takes place for eight weeks in Raleigh, NC. This event brings together expertise from academia, industry, and government to collaboratively address a data science challenge.
Each summer, the Laboratory for Analytic Sciences (LAS) kicks off the annual planning cycle by releasing a call for abstracts. Academic and industry researchers are invited to submit one or more abstracts detailing a proposed research project to be funded the following year.
