Abstract – Internet of Things (IoT) devices are varied in type, function, capabilities, etc. and their use is growing at a rapid pace. With the availability of an endless number of devices, the overall understanding is not keeping up at the same pace. A general knowledge is needed to understand how IoT devices interact with a digital and physical ecosystem. It would be useful to determine what information is available on the Internet regarding an IoT device, in hopes that the information will be a part of a larger corpus of understanding.
