While it may be impossible for us to deny the thoughts we have, it is not impossible to ensure that our actions reinforce our best values (honor, respectfulness, collegiality and inclusion) and not ones that stem from prejudice or ignorance. This energetic and interactive session provides an opportunity to explore reactions to various differences. Use of small group discussions will expose the impact that labels put forth.
Charles Belo is an Inclusion and Collaboration Officer who is a passionate advocate and champion for diversity and inclusion. He is committed to guiding organizations at all levels in matters of best and next practices. Focused on maximizing workforce collaboration and employer-to-employee interactions that benefit mission outcomes , he regularly consults for leadership teams to help foster a climate of inclusion and valued diversity. A recognized and effective change agent, is frequently sought after to brainstorm ways to facilitate synergy and help build trust within the workforce.
LAS aims to bring together a multi-disciplinary group of academic, industry, and government researchers, analysts and managers together to re-engineer the intelligence analysis process to promote predictive analysis. LAS will do this by conducting both classified and unclassified research in a variety of areas of research. The research done in this area will serve as the foundation for mission effects and integrated back into the enterprise.
