2017 LAS Research Symposium
Please join us for the LAS Research Symposium on December 6, 2017 at the James B. Hunt Library on the Centennial Campus of North Carolina State University, in Raleigh, NC.
LAS brings together forward-looking academics, and established industry, small business and start-up partners to collaborate hand-in-hand with the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense mission partners, analysts, and researchers. Together, these teams envision, research, and create common analytic tools, techniques, tradecraft, and methodologies that further the art and science of analysis. This event will showcase LAS’s collaborative initiatives in data analytics, analysis, and interdisciplinary approaches to mission challenges.
The Symposium is open to government employees, academics and industry partners with an interest in learning more about the Lab’s work in analytic tradecraft and analytics. The agenda includes briefings, panels, and presentation that highlight LAS’s 2017 research results and describe its 2018 research areas. Mr. Bryan Harris, Vice President Cyber Research and Development at SAS, has been invited to provide the Keynote Address. A no-host social will be held nearby at the State View Hotel Bar and Lounge beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Registration for this symposium is free, but required. Please register no later than November 17, 2017. For questions, please contact Trey Overman, Director of Programs, at either email@example.com or (919) 919-987-3391.
